What we collect
Through the quote request and contact forms: your name, your email address and, if you give them, your phone, city, message and order details.
Why
Only to reply to your request and send you a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Who sees it
Kilkari only. Messages pass through our web host and our email provider. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted. If you place an order, accounting records are kept for ten years, as the law requires.
Where it is hosted
The site and forms are hosted by Namecheap, Inc. If data is transferred outside the European Union, those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your number, profile name and messages are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), under its own privacy policy, and by Kilkari Store to reply to you. We keep them for three years after our last exchange. The site's WhatsApp button sets no cookie and loads no external script: it simply opens the app.
Spam protection
The quote and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. It runs only on those two pages and sets no advertising cookie. To run the check, Cloudflare processes technical data about your visit (IP address, browser information) under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the forms from abuse (GDPR article 6.1.f).
Cookies and analytics
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. No measurement cookie is set until you click “Accept”. Declining has no effect on your visit.
Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are kept for 13 months at most. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use no advertising cookies.
Your choice is remembered for 6 months. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@kilkari.store. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
