Terms of sale | Kilkari

These terms apply to every order placed with Kilkari Store, whether the request comes through kilkari.store, by email or by message. If this English version and the French version differ, the French version prevails.

1. The seller

Kilkari Store. Email: contact@kilkari.store.

2. Products

Embroidered tees for kids (2 to 14 years) and adults (XS to XXL), in 12 colours, with 5 embroidery styles and several collar and sleeve options. Images on the site and in the design studio are illustrations: actual colour and finish may vary slightly.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, including VAT. One tee costs €39. For bundles and bespoke designs, the price is the one in the quote we email you. Any delivery costs are shown in the quote before you confirm.

4. Ordering

You send a quote request. We reply by email with a detailed quote (design, colour, style, sizes, quantity, price, lead time). The order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and payment is received.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are stated in the quote.

6. Delivery

Making time, delivery areas and delivery time are stated in the quote. If there is a delay, you can contact us at any time.

7. Right of withdrawal

For a non-personalised item, you have 14 days after receiving it to withdraw, without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, article L221-18). Write to contact@kilkari.store. Return conditions are stated in the quote.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a bespoke word or a design made in the studio, cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 3°).

8. Guarantees

All items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L217-3 and following, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, articles 1641 and following).

9. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@kilkari.store. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Their contact details are available on request.
